Monday Motivations

Yep.  It's here.  Monday.  And it's the day after the Superbowl.  Lots of sleepy-eyed, tired folks out there.  Also, lots of folks who ate lots of chicken wings, and maybe not my healthy recipe, and drank a few beers in celebration, might be feeling a little unmotivated this morning.  So, get back on you horse and start a new day and a new week.  Here are a few thoughts to Motivate you today!
