Driveway Workout

We began our June session of Fit in 50 (minutes!) this morning at a local school.  It was good and humid at 6:45 am but it surely was nice to be finished and done before it even hit 8 am!  We also had our second male participant . . . Woohoo!  Maybe we can be considered co-ed now.  Anyway, the workout below is inspired by one of the segments of our workout.  

I cal this the Driveway Workout because one of my friends joked that I could make a work out out of a driveway.  Well, yes I can!  Do a quick warm up of running down and back 3 times.  If you aren't on your own driveway, just pick a spot to run to, a tree, or some marker, touch down and run back.  
Side to side squats are as follows:
Stand with feet together.  Step out to the right and squat.  Bring right leg back together and step out with left leg and squat.  That's one rep.  You can use weights here for a little more intensity.
