At Home Workouts via UTube


I often get asked for at home workouts whether it's a DVD recommendation or to prepare a workout to be done in the living room or bedroom.  I've posted a few of those on this site here or go to the search bar and type in "home workouts" for a more extensive list.  There are also some great workouts on UTube that can be great if  you are an "at home" exerciser ~ don't have the time or inclination to leave your home or are traveling.  All this media at our fingertips simply means there is just no excuse for not cranking out some moves anytime and anywhere!

Fitfluential recently posted 5 UTube channels to check out for some at home workouts or ideas to take to the gym.  I personally have gone to a couple of these sites for ideas and inspiration.  I'm sure you can find something to get you moving here!

Live Lean TV Brad Gouthro offers viewers nutrition videos and weekly workouts on Live Lean TV. You can expect a variety of workouts, so regardless of whether you prefer the gym, indoors or outdoors, Brad has great workout content for you. Try his at-home ab workout and feel the burn!

Sarah Fit TV Sarah offers videos on all aspects of healthy living, but her workouts are our focus today. If you are looking to target specific areas or if you want a great library of workouts that will take under 30 minutes, Sarah has that. She’s even got great workouts for college students that you can do in a dorm! Check out this video that she made based on viewer requests for home back exercises.

Xen Strength Yoga Danielle Diamond is the founder of Xen Strength Yoga with weights. Xen Strength combines vinyasa yoga and strength training for a workout that will increase flexibility and build muscle. This YouTube channel is an outstanding resource for yoga tutorials and she shows you how to add weights to increase the intensity. In this video, she shows proper alignment for your plank and then adds weights to boost the challenge.

Blogilates Cassey Ho is the creator of POP Pilates, which takes Pilates with an energy boost. The Blogilates channel offers workout and nutrition videos. Cassey’s workouts cover a broad range. If you are new to pilates, check out her Beginner’s workout series. Her butt and thigh workouts are also killer!  (This is true.  She has some great lower body moves!) 

Scott Herman Fitness Scott Herman’s YouTube channel has an incredible variety of workouts to build muscle and strength. You can find workouts for any range of skill.
