FREE FALL MENU GUIDE
Living in the South where my car registers 80 degrees in September it can be difficult remembering that it is officially Fall. While I am not one of those who go all Pumpkin Everything, I do like a little change in Seasons. A change in Season is a great time to make some other changes, also. If you have been a little slack in the healthy eating department, or maybe you are just tired of having to think and plan what to eat, or are just looking for something new, I have a Freebie for you! I alluded to working on a Freebie for you all recently, so I'm back with a FREE FALL MENU GUIDE.I've updated a menu guide to allow for some warmer type of foods, opportunities for you to choose good options, and a good balance of protein, good carbs and fats to keep you full and energized. I plan on following this starting today! I've overindulged a bit lately and need to get a better balance in my eating plan. This is a PDF that you just click and print!
