WELCOME TO MY NEW HOME!

It's here!  I have been thinking of a renovation for MarlaDeenFit for quite some time. I am SO SO excited to finally be able to say it is now LIVE!  You are here!  I said I feel like Chip and Joanna Gaines sliding back the enormous photo of the old home to reveal a new and updated site!  I already feel right at home in my new, updated space!  So, not only do I have a new home for my blog content which will still hold health, wellness, fitness information, recipes and lifestyle posts, but I have added my new baby.I have spent quite some time putting together what I feel is the best combination of fitness, nutrition and what we call "heart shine" into a 6 week program geared to help you find your personal balanced healthy lifestyle.  Check out what Better & Beyond is all about!  Our first round will begin February 12, 2018 for $79.00.  I can't wait to work with you and share all that this program is about!  Here's more information!You will continue to see some tweaks and updates as we work to improve all aspects here to offer you the best information in a fun but informative way.  Thank you for your patience while this baby has been birthed!!  Please take a seat and check everything out!And a huge shout out to my friend Deborah Wagoner for helping me get out of my comfort zone and in front of a camera!Enjoy Your Day!
