What is ONE thing you can do this week to BOOST your Wellbeing?
Hey there! I was thinking today that we are beginning the third month of the new year. How does it feel for you?
If you set any new goals for the year, how is that going for you? Still excited and committed? Or maybe fallen by the wayside? If that’s the case, this is not one of those “get back on your horse” messages.
Overall, the very best thing we can do for ourselves - our health, fitness, nutrition, wellbeing, creating new habits - is to just be consistent.
We don’t need to do anything drastic. No all or nothing with our diet, in the gym or in our thoughts.
And if you are stuck, or overwhelmed, and don’t know where to start, or re-start, then let’s look at this week.
Just this week. This week, what is ONE thing you can do to make this a better week, a healthier week, a feel better week?
Just for kicks, here are a few ideas. . .
Can you
Drink more water
Get up 15 minutes earlier for some screen/phone free Quiet time to begin your day
Have an alcohol free week
Take a walk with someone you’ve missed seeing
Eat protein at every meal
Breathe for 10 counts when you feel a twinge of stress, anger, anxiousness
Take a warm bath
Get in an extra workout - or maybe an extra day of recovery if your body needs
Plan something fun to look forward to
Be consistent with what you already do that works
You can boost your health and wellbeing one thing at a time, one week at a time.

Whatever you choose. Whatever you do. Just keep doing it.
