I drink tons of water. In fact, other than the coffee I have in the mornings, it is typically the only thing I drink during the day. When I get tired of plain water I add lemon slices for a little flavor. While I was following the Dr. Oz 10 Day Program, I also began drinking warm lemon water. Little did I know how great this one easy little addition to my day is for me! Now I rarely have water without lemon in it. I have also begun chugging down a glass of lemon water before that first cup of coffee.
