Learning the Key of Carb Controlling. . . coming in my new program!

One of the main goals of my new program,  Better & Beyond, that will be launching here SOON, is helping you learn to eat intuitively as part of gaining your own, personal balanced lifestyle. In doing so, those that join the program, will learn the use of carb controlling.  I have found this to be extremely effective, manageable, sustainable and so helpful in teaching clients how to listen to their bodies and feed their body what it needs, when it needs.  The timing can be key when determining the amount and types of carbohydrates to eat.If you are one of those folks who is scared to death of carbs and think they are the devil, hear me out.We all need the right kind of carbohydrates at the right time.  You need them on days when you are powering through a strength workout.  But, just because you had a grueling workout, I'm not telling you to run off and order Domino's pizza.  I think we all know that eating too many carbs makes us store extra fat which we do not need.

So, carbohydrates definitely have a healthy place in our diet.  It is how and when we eat them that we need to learn.  By controlling when you have a higher carb day and a lower carb day, you will never feel deprived, use the energy the way the body is designed and find the way to burn fat and not muscle from your workouts.
Everyone is different so I am not offering a cookie cutter plan.  I will outline the most effective workouts for the days when we will have higher or lower carbs.  There are days you will need to have carbs so your body can burn the carbs and fat for energy rather than protein.  On other days, like an active rest day or different workout day, you will not want to have extra carbs sitting around that will simply be stored as fat.  On a low activity day, your body will reach for the fat to burn if it doesn't have the sugar and starch lying around.  Also, when you are switching out good, lean proteins and healthy fats for strachy carbs, you will be far less likely to overeat.  Who overeats on chicken and kale??  That is a very simple way of explaining it, right?  We will go into more depth and detail in the Better & Beyond Program.  Bottom line is this: having higher carbs on some days and lower carbs on other days is actually how the body naturally regulates itself.  I'm here to guide you into taking advantage of some of those benefits!
