What Is YOUR Pain Point?

Different people have different pain points.  If you are here you know that my goal is to help you create and live your best healthy lifestyle.  I say again and again this is not a cookie cutter process.  We all have different pain points at what gives us trouble.  For some of us it is the nutrition.  For some it is getting the exercise.  For other it is gaining the mindset that brings it all together.I have been working with large groups, small groups and with clients one on one for a long time.  I see the same pattern of pain for clients.  We are all in this together and all working toward the same goal.  But different people have success in different areas.  However, just because you can make yourself eat clean 365 days a year doesn't always mean that you have created your own healthy lifestyle.  If you are eating clean but still stressed out every single day, aren't getting enough sleep or haven't taken any time for yourself in a month of Sundays, then, girlfriend, your lifestyle is struggling. If you workout six days a week, with a combination of two days of strength, two days of an awesome spin class, yoga every Saturday, or some such perfectly regimented workout schedule but live off of coffee, bagels and burgers, then you are missing out. There are three areas to your health.  That is why I created Better & Beyond.  This is a program that address the nutrition, the workouts AND feeding your heart. If you are just starting out,  tackling ALL three at once may be too much and sound really overwhelming.  And that's okay.  I have had clients who jump in the program and only focus on the nutrition, and then gradually move into the workouts that are provided.  Huge success there!I have had another group of clients who told me they workout regularly and are all good with that piece of the puzzle, but struggled with the nutrition side of it.  Soooo, these women focused on the nutrition side of Better & Beyond, learning to count macros, eat appropriate carbs for their workouts and understanding the process of eating intuitively.  BAM!  They felt better, more energized and FREE!If your pain point is self-care and your own well being, then there is a focus here for you.Since I always aim to be completely transparent, I will give you my own testimony here.  My pain point was the nutrition and also learning to be mindful in taking time to feed my heart. I have admitted to being an emotional eater and have worked with eating intuitively and eating appropriately for my own goals and to fit my workouts.  Once I got that it was like "Aha"!!  This is so easy, and fun AND freeing!  Once I began listening to what my own heart was telling me to take time for, to listen to those little urges, take little moments here and there,  I found my way back to having my heart shine and feel full.  Yes, that sounds really woo woo, but I'm just being all transparent here.  I really feel so good inside and out and just want that for you!If you have any of these pain points, let's address them.  Let's focus on that pain point while you keep rocking the other area that don't trip you up.  This can be the time for you to throw that pain point away, feel free in eating intuitively, strong and fit in your workouts and begin having some fun and feeling at peace.Join us September 23 for 7 weeks of you becoming Better (now) & Beyond!  I'm looking forward to tightening up my own nutrition and being inspired from you all!
