Weights & Bands Total Body Workout Video

Happy Monday!  I intended to get this to you over the weekend, BUT my water bottle spilled on my laptop effectively putting a halt to those plans.  That has actually been one of the least annoying things that has happened this past week. . . .I'm doing all I can to tee this week up a little better.I'm sharing a new video today.  We use weights and bands (my favorite).  However, as always, use what you have on hand.  BUT if you haven't gotten some bands of your own I promise you will love them.  They are one of the best fitness toys out there!  I hope  this adds a little something good to your week.  I wasn't sure how I would feel about posting these videos, but I can honestly say that the fun texts, phone calls and stopping me in the parking lot to tell me how and when you are using these videos just puts a big fat grin on my face.  Since I can't be here with you I'm so glad it's a way to keep working out together![embed]https://vimeo.com/441071647[/embed]If you follow me on Instagram you may have seen a recent post about one of the best things I've done during Covid 19.  I've added at least one 30 minute walk, (sometimes longer) to my day.  (And on some days there may even be more than one thrown in!) These walks are not power walks, or for fitness, or to burn calories.  They are ways to get in more movement, more steps, and to get outside for all of the benefits that a simple walk brings.  These little escapes do wonders for helping with stress, reducing cortisol, clearing you mind, getting Vitamin D, and putting a little reset in the day.  These little walks are such a part of my day now that I don't even let a little rain get in the way.  I would love for you to experiment with this for 7 - 10 days and see if you also feel the difference.Have a great week and most importantly,

Stay Well!
